Outsurance was happy to do they business with us and I CLEARLY STATED THAT WE HAD CLAIMED IN THE PASSED AND THAT WE ARE IN TRANSPORT AND THAT MEANS WE ARE HIGH RISK AS OUR CORE FUNCTION IS TO BE ON THE ROAD 27/7. After oustarance accepted us on their books
On the 23rd May 13 our truck was in a horrific accident and then again on the 30th May 2013 one of our other trucks were in another accident. Leaving us with damages of 1.8mil rands and two trucks that we can't run due to their damages and the instalments are still going to be debited.
Today 14/06/13 OUTSURANCE have told us that they are repudiating the claim of 1.8mil rands. I have requested emails and proper reasons as to why they repudiated they tell me it's because we didn't disclose every single passed claim to the incompetent call center agent when I took the policy. HOWEVER I DID TELL THEM I HAVE HAD CLAIMS IN THE PASSED (I did disclose the biggest one of them all) and the smaller nitty gritty claims at the time didn't come to my head after a long day at work. Basically now that the claim in 1.8mil rands, OUTSURANCE IS making as if I deliberately withheld info to reduce my premium which wasn't the case
