In May 2013 our geyser was replaced and the consultant at Outsurance and the accessor that came to our place advised that they would be replacing damaged ceiling boards and paint the replaced boards. They came on the 13/06/2013 and no ceiling boards have been replaced nor any painting done. We have sent an email and called OUTsurance but are not getting any responses.
