I lodged a claim for storm damage on the 29th November - No 105 029 855. Whilst I was aware that there was an overload of work, I believe the time frame is now excessive. An Assessor appeared about 12 days ago - who told me had only just been advised of the claim! I since had contractors appear a week ago who could not tell me when the work would be done as various paperwork had to be submitted. They did mention that loose ceiling boards were dangerous as they could fall on someone's head! This they "sorted out" by supporting the boards with a ladder...
Since then, I have sent 2 e-mails requesting an immediate response and have heard nothing, which I find disgraceful given Outsurance's high profile in the business.
