I called Miway to enquire about my policy and was assisted by Shane. Shane went an extra mile by explaining more related services offered by the company in a very polite and friendly manner. I phoned not with the intention to add an extra service on my insurance policy but after talking to Shane I ended up taking that extra service. I was highly impressed with this guy's attitude.
