Convesion of my bank account without advising me

In january 2012 i notice FNB had changed my account from smart cheque to gold, i notice there was change in bank fees for more than two year since the conversion on enquiring at the bank the customer care agent at dobsonville branch told me all accounts of that nature were converted by the system the was no need to notify clients about the conversion, later i spoke to the manager at dobsonville who appologiesed and promised to refund the amounts which never happen to date. In Feb 2013 i did a temporary loan with fnb two days later someone pay money into my account fnb deduct money when their customer agent told me they will debit the following month. In the same month fnb consultants when i wanted to withdraw R8000 on the atm and tellers refused and told me its against bank rules.they told me i can only withdraw if i change my bank account to gold, they were actualy fiorcing me to change my bank account. Month back i went to the fnb to ask for bank statement mistakenly the agent printed two extra statement and promised to reverse charges to date i have not recived a cent instead i was told to wait for two months.manager at westgate branch promised to call me a week ago till now
