I received a notice via email saying I can no longer have a student account as I will be turning 27. The end of the email stated that my account would automatically change to a Gold cheque account but should I wish to choose a different account I should go into the branch. I went into Montague Gardens branch and spoke to Faith and I selected a different account. The smart cheque account was however still activated even though I didn't select this account. Faith had been very helpful since and has now put me on the correct account, however my bank charges have not been reversed for the incorrect account. I have been billed several bank charges for an account I didn't ask for. Kindly remove these overcharges. This has been going on since December.
