Hi,
I have a vehicle finance loan for 4 years with ABSA and they have started debuting my account an extra 500 since February 2013. I phoned their call centre to find out and was informed that they have decided to insure my car without my knowledge.
I have been on the phone and sent them proof that I have insurance which I feel is not necessary however they still do not refund my money. The vehicle finance guys also claim they cannot do anything and cannot cancel the insurance even though they are the ones that allowed this insurance team to debit my account. Infant the debit comes as one debit. ABSA actually gives the insurance company permission to piggy ride with them and money from our account and claim they cannot help when you call them
UTTERLY DISGUSTED by such behavior!!!
