2012 was not a good year for me with my husband being in a car accident and we therefore have a lot of extra medical and other financieal expenses. Therefore in November when I got a small extra bonus I though if I put it into my Virgin Money account and leave it there for emergancies over Dec and for money for back to school in Jan is would give me a good start to the year! However Virgin Money though otherwise - they just decided (without any prior notification apart from the letter on the day it was done 21/12/12) to take my money by decreasing my credit limit in half!!...with my husband back in hospital and being operated on next Tuesday and my kids back at school with no NO school accessories I have to say thank you Virgin Money for ONCE again giving a BAD start to the new year!! If I new they would do this I would not have paid my bonus into this account! I know they need to monitor our accounts - but is this the right way to do it?? No this is a way in loosing clients as I will not recommend them to any of my friends again!!!
