People, I see this allot on Hello Peter, so be warned! Saturday 7 September I transferred R10, 000.00 into my Virgin Credit Card to used as backup for upcoming medical expenses. Guess what, without notifying me, they decided to half my credit limit, leaving me with R200.00 available in my account! I have been on the phone all day, cannot speak to any one of the team leaders, they are all in meetings. How can this be, is there not a law protecting us?
I mean, that is my money, transferred to be used and they just actually take it? So, stay away from Virgin Money, bad, very bad.
