I am so sick and tired a virgin money just decreasing my credit limit for no reason and never giving me any form of notification! I constantly deposit money into that account so it is never unpaid.?
Surly is is illegal to not notify client of changes on their accounts? I'm in the insurance industry and I have to give client 30 days notice no matter what! I am so sick of this and the call center lady (bless) can't even give me an answer, as she honestly said, I don't know why they would do this?
