NO ASSISTANCE WHAT SO EVER

I am trying to obtain a settlement letter to clear my name of ITC which had been placed there 2 years ago and since paid up my name is still not removed... this reflects badly on my name and now i have to take the struggle to clear my name while the supplier is of no assistance to me what so ever... and i find this to be very bad for our industry and the current rate people are just placed on ITC because suppliers have the power to scrue up your name as they pleases... I WANT MY NAME REMOVED URGENTLY
