Very poor service

I called the insurance for them to tow my car, first I called at 17:30.. They promised someone would come in the next 30 min to help. Then no once called me back even after that 30 min to check if assistance did come. The I called again, they told me the tow guy should be there in 20 min, he is in Constantia Kloof, then it hit 18:30, still no on to assist, I called again, they now tell me the service guy is in Randpark ridge, he should be here to help me in 20 min.By the time it hit 19:30.. NO ONE CALLED TO CHECK IF EVERY THING WAS SORTED.. STILL NO ASSISTANCE TO TOW MY CAR.. EVENTUALY I RECEIVED AN SMS AT 20:10pm saying the service guy should be there in the next 10 min. I was sitting on the side of the road on the N1 FOR 4 HOURS WITH NO HELP. REALLY DISAPOINTED.. I AM CHANGING TO A BETTER Insurance company
