AGAIN STANDARD BANK FAILS ME

It's been a month now trying resolve this matter on a vehicle and I keep being told that the matter will be resolved in 4-5days. I requested that an investigation be logged to find out how come the bank's records shows that the bank is the Title holder and I am the Owner but the eNatis records show someone else as a title holder and owner.
Now I've been on the phone for more than an hour and still nothing happening.
