"Poor Services Received from Miway!!! "

Yesterday, my car SUDDENLY switched off, I Couldn't figure out what the problem was, so I decided to I log a call to Miway and ask for road side assistance. The time I called them was at 17h39, I spoke to Keenan Adolf, he was very professional and helpful. He said he will call me back with an update, in 15 - 20 minutes time.

Keenan never called me back as promised. Instead I received a call from his colleague Jeremy at 18h25 to update me on my request for a towing truck. This is now 45 minutes later.

To my surprise, while I was still holding on, Jeremy phoned a Towing Company - First Road Emergency (Ref: J4-T3K5-01) to ask how far the driver is? I was so shocked to hear that they never dispatched assistance to my dire need. Jeremy was not happy with this and wanted to speak to someone more senior to report the bad service. He spoke to Sofiso, who promised that the best he can do - is send a driver in 20 minutes time.

In the mean time my car started again and I drove back home. At 19h40, 2 hours later the towing truck driver called to assist me. I told him that I was already at home and EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. At 19h45 Mi way called to check on me.

THIS WAS PATHETIC SERVICE!
