Account Paid Up - Still Listed

My Absa Credit Card has gone to legal as it was not paid, I take full responsibility for that. I have thereafter paid the account and sent the proof to Absa Legal. All this happened in July.

What I cannot handle is the amount of time its taking to have my name removed from the ITC system.

After numerous calls to Absa and promises from Olga and Promise from Absa Legal that my name will be removed in 10 days, I am still listed. As far as I am concerned Absa Legal can close it's doors. I understand the Call Centre environment and the Legal Call Center is not easy, but don't let me suffer because of your incompetency's.

Promise and Olga, I am still waiting for your confirmations that this thing is off - I am not impressed.

My life is on hold because of this, when will I have absolution? It's two months later, how long will I still wait??

Will I now get an e-mail that says that we will attend to your complaint and a resolution after a week?

I am really not impressed with this excuse that we call service.
Now this is my first step I will be calling this number - 0860 800 900 - go figure who's number this is.
