FICA - AGAIN!

Our account is not being treated as a business account. We receive no communication from our bank or profile manager. Our garage card and bank account has been blocked, for UMPTEENTH time. We need to pay wages for people who have done their work, put in their labour... however due to ABSA employees NOT DOING THEIR WORK - MY PEOPLE CANNOT BE PAID. Is this what ABSA terms as fair business practise? Why has our FICA still not been completed, since the initial documents were handed in November 2012. Nobody is available to assist at any of the "help" lines, after 5 P.M. I'm embarrassed that I have not been able to pay our workers, who deserve their wages! I'm embarrassed to have my fuel card declined for R 500 odd rand. Most of all I'm furious at the lousy non service and ill treatment which we receive as paying clients! Possibly, we are not the only clients struggling to have our FICA completed and ABSA should be MORE CONSIDERATE before closing accounts, because they should have the sence to realise that the issue may be on ABSA's side!!! Poor, poor service!
