These guys needs to get proper Call centre staff which can speak properly and can assist someone with a billing query. i phoned to confirm if the account number is correct on the system as i cannot find them with the correct account number on absa internet banking
2 call centre staff so rude, and saying silly things like my internet is not working etc?? they have obviously no clue what they are doing. you guys might have well just employed baboons for staff!!!
