Eventually I get through to the star of the show!

I took out a new policy and after back and forth with incorrect details on my new policy to what was originally quoted, I eventually got through to the sales manager Blake Dunlop.
WOW he sorted it out so quickly! Promised to call me back which he did (which is rather rare these days from many companies out there).
I have since spoken to him again to sort something else out, and so efficiently and so friendly he does it with what sounds like a massive smile on his face!
