First for women increased my month premium by over R300 and said that they sent a reminder in the post but because of post office delay i may have not received the notice. i then cancelled my policy and asked for a refund and said i must send proof of debit and will be done in three days. on the 10th i called and they said it will be done on the 12th and will reflect in my account. Today is the 13th and they now say that it will only be done on the 19th. Asked for a supervisor to call me but still no feedback. My bank has already charged me for a debit that i did not have enoght to pay and i was wait for them to sort out there issues before i get my money back. policy no.556993952.
