Submitted car insurance claim to the FNB Insurance brokers which lead to the most pathetic service ever experienced. After numerous e-mails there is no feed back of any kind to resolve this matter. Mr Priscilla Snydert is virtually begging Mr Jacob Rafuka for information to settle the matter but with no prevail. I have cc e-mails to everybody possible but with no reply. FNB does not care at all and according to other testemonials from previous clients it is a common thing with FNB and all of them had a very bad experience. I feel that if FNB does not have competent people to deal with these matters they should not sell insurance at all
