Add Credit life insurance without approvel

Since April 2013 I received phone calls of the Call centre of ABSA Vehicle Department that my account is in arrears. I requested them to investigate and the founding was that a credit life insurance was added against my account from Jan 2013 without my approval or any knowledge of it. I asked them whom gave approval to add the insurance and I received reference numbers where they told that they will look into the matter and will cancel and reverse all the deductions made already. This was not resolved. The Call Centre of ABSA Vehicle Department harasses me on a daily basis and this is becoming now annoying. They provided me with telephone numbers every time I made a call, I end up in a department which do not manage the type of query. I end up with six different telephone numbers, one number provided does not exist. I do not have time to receive these calls on a daily basis when at office especially when in meetings as this is not my fault and responsibility to resolve errors made by ABSA themselves. And being the owner of an account with them, they held me accountable for their mistakes which in first place was not approved.
