Smartlab broke Galaxy S3 and will not fix it

I took my phone to Smartlab on the 5th of July, after being blocked from Vodacom.
It seems that when they repaired the screen in Feb, something went wrong and the IMEI numbers were messed up. Smartlab now refuses to fix or replace the phone.
They say I should take it elsewhere.
