It has now been more than two weeks since my original complaint on Hello Peter with regards to FNB Insurance Brokers (see complaint on 27 September) and I have still not been contacted by anyone at FNB Insurance Brokers.
I will give it until the end of the week and then I will contact the Ombudsman.
