No Assistance-cell under waurantee

I bought a cell phone 2 months ago and went into the branch cause it was giving me problems. (No Memory) I asked the manager to assist in the matter and she refer me to another person, he told me to come back because he has other stuff to do.
Highly Unprofessional. The phone is still under warrantee. I did phone the branch before I went in, so they did know I was on the way.

My cell is still giving problems and its very frustrating.
