I bought a Blackberry cell phone through FNB, six months later the cell phone started to give me problems. I called FNB call centre on Monday the 15th of April to find out about the procedure that I should follow in order to send my phone through for repairs and I was told that I need send the phone to any FNB branch with an invoice as a proof of purchase. Because I didn't have that invoice I requested the lady that was assisting me to e-mail me the invoice, which she said it will take from 24 to 48 hours. I called after the 48 hours to make a follow up still with no response from FNB, after seven days I am still waiting for the invoice to be emailed.
This is poor services delivery from FNB.
