As a platinum account holder, you would assume you would recieve better service from your bank but do not make that assumption with FNB. I bought a maginzine through my ipad online and did not recieve it, the apple store cannot assist as its is a 3rd party company and the 3rd party company who took my money, zinio, wont assist me, my only option is to get the bank to reverse my payment. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours, being cut off several times, been to numerous departments, every person just moving me along and no one can assist. I am having such a horrible time with FNB, I think my best solution is to move banks. Now it seems I can kiss my money goodbye.
