Geyser burst on the 13/06/13 sometime betw. 12pm and 5 am. I phoned my broker O'Brien Financial Services who contacted Auto & General on my behalf. Daron Theunis from Auto & General then called me within an hour to take down details for the claim. I am very pleased to say that the geyser was replaced the same day and 2 x contractors were dispatched to assess and quote on the additional damage. I wish to compliment all the parties involved for their swift response. I AM VERY IMPRESSED and have mentioned the efficiency with which this claim was handled to my co-workers and friends. I also appreciate the fact a follow-up was also done by Auto & General. As has been my experience in the past; more often than not, the customer is left in the dark with regards to the progress or status of a matter and the customer is required to make enquiries i.s.o. the reverse. I will gladly recommend your company to all my acquaintances.
