Good day

I have a withdrawal limit of R2000. On the 29th of April, I withdrew R2000 at work and on my statements it shows that 3hours later, someone withdrew a R1000 from my account. I reported this, and was given this ref number (3210033). No one has called me and I still do not have my money back. This is unacceptable
