I am awaiting approval on a optometrist script from Oneplan for more than 2 months. They e-mailed me to get the script which I subsequently sent to them. Very quickly they answered back and said they need it to be on the optometrists' letterhead, which I AGAIN obtained very quickly and sent to them. To date, I have heard NOTHING!! Not whether it has been approved nor whether it has been declined.
I have phoned, one call centre agent says they can't see the request even though there is a CRM number. The other one puts be through to authorisations and then no one answers. I have a job and can't phone every day and sit on hold to get someone who actually knows what they are doing to assist me.
The service is utterly disgusting!
I am glad it is not for hospital authorisation because I would have died already.
