I had a cheque account with STD BANK which i closed when i opened a Savings account with still STD BANK. The consultant that assisted me in opening the account told me that my cheque account was closed and all was fine. I started getting calls from the call centre stating that i OWED them money on my account and i could not undertsand. I was told that some was going to come back to me as the person could not explain to me.
Last year STD took R2000 from my account and they couldnt explain why and fought with them but still no refund. This year i March they helped themselves again to my money and took another R2000 rands and i went to the branch and still no explaination.
Today i checked my account and they debited again R2000. I am tired of this and i want my money.
