I just want to say a BIG thank you to Mafune, Awelani for going the extra mile, i have been waiting about two weeks for a personal loan paid up letter but she managed to get it for me in one hour. The manner in which she done it shows she believes in good customer service and thats what i received. Miss Awelani is a true asset to the Bank.
