Nothing being done

I am still waiting for my money that was suppose to have been reimbursed by Standard Bank. I wrote a report ob May 21 and got a call reassuring me that this matter will be solved and to this date nothing is being done. My R390 could've been earning interest by now. Im not just disappointed, Im annoyed and angry by the huge disregard by the bank.
