Firstly I would like to thank you for all your assistance.
With regards to the service received from Outsurance, I would not renew my contract and neither would I consider using them in the future.
Your service has been beyond satisfactory and you are the only reason I would deal with them again. Therefore I would not keep my contract open.
At the beginning of my Claim, you had contacted me and advise that you will assist at the best of your ability, before the end of this week. You kept your promise and that is customer service.? you are an asset to your company.
You assisted me quick, contacted me and you were so friendly and didn't sound like you were just doing this because its your job- it sounded like you enjoy doing what you do and defiantly know how to keep your cliental.
I think you should teach the call center agents, what customer service is about
