I was involved in a smash and grab. I phoned OutSurance to report it, the lady was super friendly and very helpful and empathetic! Within 20 minutes of my call I had received a call from the company who does the reparations, an SMS to confirm all the claim details, and a follow up call to see if I had been contacted by the repair company!
In my many years with OutSurance I can honestly say that this has been my experience with them every time!
These guys really take the frustration and inconvenience out of your misfortune and turn your world right way up again in a question of days!
