No response to claim

In december i had a car accident and it seemed like outsurance was very efficient at the time but soon my perception changed. when my car was returned to me after a month i had found that my entire sound system was missing, This was very heart sore as my sound system was a birthday present. I made outsurance aware of the situation and they informed me that i need to get a quote from one of their associated sound companys. After doing so and submitting the claim 3 weeks ago on the 9 May im yet to get a response from anyone except to say that the claim was submitted on the same day.
Last week i received a call from the sales team at outsurance trying to sell their product to me and i explained to him that i am already insured with them and told him my situation.
He was very polite and tried his best to help me so he emailed the person incharge of my claim and management, that was a week ago.
And im still waiting.
For a company as reputable as outsurance, having a catch phrase like "we bend over backwards for you" is a lie.
This has been the last straw for me and i will be taking my business else where.
