Lolo Mkhatshwa has continuously provided me with Excellent Service ever since i logged an accident claim with Insurance. She kept daily contact with me on the claim update and resolved all the issues that i had with immidiate effect. She went on leave for a week and someone else was allocated my claim but he never contacted me (not even once). Lolo came back from leave and the followed up with me to check if my claim has been resolved. she then took over my claim again and within 48 hours my claim was settled by outsurance. She also followed up with the assesor on regurlar basis to ensure that any delays are resolved as soon as possible. This has been the BEST service i ever received from an insurance company. Should Outsurance employ effective and efficient consutants like Lolo, their sales will be sky rokketing.
