THEY ARE AN INSURANCE

ON THE 16.08.2013 I WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT WHERE THE OTHER PARTY FLED THE SCENE WHILST I WAS LIABLE FOR THE ACCIDENT (I AM IN A BELIEVE HE WAS EITHER DRUNK OR SHOCKED OF THE CAUSE OF THE INCIDENT WHICH HAD BEEN EXPLAINED TO MY INSURANCE)
ON THE SAME WEEKEND I COULDN'T REGISTER A CLAIM HOWEVER MADE MY BROKER VVK BROKERS AWARE OF THE INCIDENT AND WE AGREED IN REGISTERING THE CLAIM ON MONDAY.

ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AS PER MY POLICY SCHEDULE WAS SENT TO THE BROKER AND SAME FORWARDED TO THE INSURER WHICH APPOINTED MARIE VAN HEERDEN TO HANDLE MY CLAIM.

SHE IS A PATHETIC CONSULTANT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, NEVER ANSWERS OURS CALLS, ALL HER CORRESPONDANCE IS MADE ON ARROGANCE, THE INSURER AND INTS MANAGEMENT TEAM NEVER PRIOTISE MY CLAIM I WAS LEFT FOR 2 WEEKS WITHOUT CAR HIRE THAT I PAY MONTHLY PREMIUM FOR, UNTIL TODAY MY CLAIM IS NOT AUTHORISED AND THEY HAVE 365 EXCUSES IN DELAYING MY CLAIM.

IF YOU INSURED WITH THEM START LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE INSURANCE AND IF YOU WERE CONSIDERING JOINING THEM THINK AGAIN, WITH MY EXPIRIENCE I WOULD SAY DONT GO EVEN NEARER TO THEM THEY A DAY LIGHT.
