I am sure like most south Africans at the moment, everyone is struggling to keep up with payment. I am 24 years old I have never been a client to skip payments up until my father was retrenched, so at the moment I am saddled with the bond, rates etc. I have called in to make arrangements with the bank they are aware of my situation the joke is my account is 30 days behind, not 60 nor 90 but 30 days. I also explained that I would be up to date by the end of June. What I do not appreciate is being called awake in the morning by one rude and abrasive woman that has not learnt any phone manners, I am utterly disgusted with the behaviour and attitude off this woman, Please note as soon as my car payments are complete I will be withdrawing my account and moving to a much more pleasant bank!
