I started my contract with Cell C, i was told my monthly instalment will be R69 for the duration of 2 years, to my suprise the amount was different, i called for enquiries and was told there was initiation fee, CLI and service fee. i paid around R250 for the end of June since they said I will pay my first instalment end of June. Few months down the line i changed my bank account, I called CellC to make them aware of the changes, the consultant told me the details were updated after that call and also that after the period of 2 years they contract will end automatically. I made arrangements on paying the last instalment amount, to my suprise they stopped debiting my account and I called them to check what was the reason for not debitingmy account, the agent told me I owed about R4000, I was given account numbers to make payments, I did payments and I have not used the sim card I cannot even remember when last did i use it because i threw it away. At the moment I have been receiving calls from different agents claiming different amounts, last amount I paid was R100 and the agent assured me that its to clear and close my account. They want me to pay, for what exactly? Please help me!
