INCORRECT DEBIT

I am utterly disgusted with African bank. when i signed the quotation i specifically selected the 26th to be my debit date. Now they have gone and debited my account before my salary date. I called the customer care only to be told it will take 3 days to process my quey whereas it took them one day to debit my account. now i cant keep money in my bank account because the looters might actually get to it before me. What you are doing is so Rude. If this is how you do business i ll change my banking details and make cash payments then you will wait till the 31st for your payments if you can change the dates so can I.
