Unwillingness to help client

Good day, I am a client with RCS and am experiencing a tight spot with my finances at the moment and I am well aware of the fact that it is not their problem. I do not want to go into details of why I am in the situation I am in at the moment, but I have contacted American Swiss with whom I have an account as well and although my account is now up to date they really went out of their way of assisting me in catching up with payments by restructuring my account even when it was in arrears. My question is why can one financial institution assist you and the other one just does not want to help? They want the total amount due and that is it? And make a suggestion that you get someone in assisting you catching up with your payments? How ridicilous is that? I will not encourage any one I know to do business with RCS as their customer care is not the same as you experience from other institutions like American Swiss, Edgars etc.
