APPALLING SERVICE

Lst yr Feb, I rcvd ABSA sms requesting to FICA my Target Savings acc. I wnt thr & they declined rental agr & bank statement. I thn demanded the teller to close her till & walked tog to FNB to get exact documents thy needed. She asked for Profile Report 4rm branch mngr whch thy gladly printed out. Teller md copies of ID & certified them. I also askd a copy for record keeping. I agn rqsted ABSA to email bnk stmnts on 1/4ly basis tho I hd previously askd for it but none came forth. I ntd after evry dep that ABSA wld sy I ddn't FICA & wd confirm that I did FICA, shd chk thr records properly & gv me feedback. I nvr heard frm thm again. On 21 June, I wnt to ABSA to rcv money & ws told my acc ws locked. Did whole FICA process agn whch tk 3 hrs. I thn demanded to see branch mngr (Melissa Oelofse) who cm after 20mins of waiting. She tk my details & promised to come back to me. To date, I hv not heard 4rm ABSA. I am vry disappointed & services is appalling & their attitude clearly shows they jst dnt care. I urgently nd an explanation of my docs whereabouts done in Feb. Who is in possession of my certified documents? There is a lot of out. Mere apology wud nt be accepted.
