I cancelled my extended maintenance plan on the 18th of April 2013 and emailed official cancellation form to
Cancellation department. I contacted the company on numerous occasions and on the 27th of April 2013 I spoke one of the consultants who promised that my instalment account will be credited. on the 27.05.2013.
The credit was never passed to my account!
Again I called around 12.48pm on the 7th of July 2013 and was told that the money has been passed to my instalment account.
I requested proof of payment and to date nothing has been paid and no proof of payment from Liquid Capital.
In conclusion, Im still waiting for confirmation of a cancelled policy and refund on the money paid upfront to Liquid Capital. I feel ashamed to deal with COMPANY THAT DOESNT VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS!
