Taking Money that does not belong to them

In November last year I took out a maintenance plan with Liquid Capital but did not need it as soon as I expected so I called the very next day to cancel (within the cooling off period).
On the 28th February 2013 Liquid debited a total amount of R333.31 from my account. I then contacted customer services to help with the situation but after a month of them running me around I still had not received my refund. They then debited another R333.28 on the 30th March 2013.
I then contacted customer services to inform them of the situation that I still hadn't recieved my refund but they had debited me again and they now owe me double. I eventually received the R666.64 owing to me on the 12th April 2013. I was then promised it would not happen again and that the plan was cancelled but they proceeded to take R333.28 AGAIN on the 30th April. I have contacted them to get my refund back and was informed that due to month end they will refund my account on Monday 6th of May so i should have my money by Wedensday 8th May but it is still not in my account and I will not wait a month to get my money back that does not belong to Liquid Capital this is getting really pathetic now!!!
