I purchased a brand new i30 from Hyundai which came with a service plan, I then asked for a maintenance plan so that I could have piece of mind. On the 18th December 2013 (2 years and 9 months later) my car went in for repairs as it would not go anywhere. Hyundai advised it is the clutch and would contact liquid capital for authorisation. The claim was declined, they say due to bad driving and the contact person is Christopher. I then called liquid capital on the 19th Dec and spoke to Aireo and was told they will call me back with feedback, no feedback received. I emailed Christopher and no feedback and then spoke to Anesicia (very bad attitude) and then asked to speak to there manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes.
I Have not received any feedback from Liquid Capital at all, and my thing is that when I took out the maintenance plan I was told it would cover everything and now I am told its due to my bad driving, liquid capital will take your hard earned money and not provide a service or there end of the deal, what's the point of a maintenance plan?
I feel that I have had this car for almost 3 years 47000KM and the clutch is gone due to normal wear and tear.
