Cancellation of Service

I've been paying for a service for the past year unbeknown to me that it was cancelled by Liquid Capital. My car has been booked in for a service today and they cannot start with it as my service plan was cancelled.

I called Liquid Capital this morning to sort this out and apparently my details were incorrectly loaded.

Because of this mistake made by Liquid Capital, I have now been inconvenienced.

I requested through Zinhle for her Manager to please contact Daihatsu to give them the go ahead to start with my service while they sorted out their error. I have paid my policy, this shouldn't become my problem now that their admin staff incorrectly loaded the details.

It is now 12h30 and my car hasn't been touched yet which means I wont get it back today, but Liquid Capital don't care - I want a refund on the year subs that I have paid - and I am not waiting the 21 day cancellation period. I need this refund today so that my car can be serviced tomorrow.

I deserve to be compensated for this huge inconvenience!!!
