The hired car ended on Friday and I was promised that the dealer with arrange for me an alternative transport but all in vain. The dealer keeps on promising but he did nothing. I asked my claim consultant (Zelda) and she tried but it looked like AON does not have measures to deal with such issues. Now my worry is that i am driving a car as suggested by the dealer but the insurance said i am not covered if anything happens.
I got insured for a peace of mind but i am the one calling and trying to sort issues my insurance supposed to handle. Is this the excellent service you are proud of?
