Closed my childrens policies about 2 months ago. Didn't have time to fax my bank statement so they can transfer the money. Eventually I sent my statement via fax thursday. I called yesterday to ask if they received my fax and the call I spoke to said the fax number they gave me is a joint fax and everything goes to that fax number. She said can't I scan and email it. They should have said so in the 1st place and she said she gonna let me know if they received my statement. I'm still waiting on the call back. This is just so unprofessional, they shouldn't have sent me a fax in the 1st place I went to a computer shop anyway to send the fax. I could have scan and email it in the 1st place. Its 2 policies that I want cancelled and my money refunded.
