So its 3pm on Tuesdays the 18th I go to standard bank at 5 Simmons to get a 3 months statement which I needed urgently I ask if they can possibly scan it for me and email it to me so the lady tells me their scanner does not work so this lady prints out the statement so I go to the were they required the statement only to find out it has 3 missing pages so that means it is now useless and the R25 they charged me for the statement was gone down the drain I am so upset and I couldn't even go back because now the bank was closed and me travel to Standard bank was just waste of time and money and I have the statement which is suppose to be 8 pages stapled 5 pages I will keep this as proof to show to whom it may concern
