Our geyser burst on 10/05 and lodged a claim around 10:00 same day and assessed. Geyser repaired late on 10th, claim's officer is Jason Julies. On 11/05 someone was sent to our home to repair water damage to ceiling, wet carpet, repaint, etc.. Tonight found the following (i) Four Poster bed's base broken (ii) Paint all over carpet, looks as if someone tried to clean but did a horrible job (iii) BLOOD STAINS ON CARPET!!! (Serious Safety issue) (iv) Red Ink marks on carpet (v) Looks like oil or grease stain on carpet (vi) Curtain stained with paint and damaged (vii) Round side table's top broken (viii) Water stains all along walls (ix) Paint on expensive throw on bed (x) Curtain rail knob broken, dug pieces out of trash can (xi) Paints splatters against windows (xii) Showerhead lose from wall and with paint on it (xiii) Paints stains on tiles of bathroom (xiv) No-one bothered to clean up properly, dust and mug everywhere in room and bathroom (xv) Ceiling repair shoddy at best and wet ceiling still visible in both bedroom and bathroom. (xvi) Paint on Wingback chairs in room (xvii) Stain that looks a ladder's bottom that had dirt underneath on carpet. SERIOUSLY OUTSURANCE, IS THIS HOW?
